We consult in the area of public procurement, as well as procurement of providers of public utilities services.

AZANDA & ASSOCIATES assists procurement entities with respect to drafting of the documentation for the relevant procurement procedure, including the procurement regulations, as well as agreements to be concluded with the winning tenderer. We conduct evaluations and provide opinions on the materiality of potential amendments to the procurement agreement and the risks associated thereof.

AZANDA & ASSOCIATES provides legal advice to applicants in the procurement procedures in relation to the selection criteria and application processes. We submit complaint on behalf of our clients with respect to the procurement documentation to the Public Procurement Monitoring Office and other institutions overseeing the procurements in cases of usage of the EU Structural funds.

We also review the selection of the winning tenderers and draft complaints to the Public Procurement Monitoring Office with respect to the results of the procurement procedure and appeal the case further to the Administrative court.

In case the procurement entity has failed to apply the procurement procedure or conducted similar fundamental breaches, AZANDA & ASSOCIATES assists with applications to the courts for annulment of procurement agreements concluded in such as way.

We also consult procurement entities about the situations when the procurement procedures are not applicable and provide solutions for emergency situations.
